Cookies and privacy choices
Iluro Digital uses the information you choose to share to answer questions and discuss your project. For privacy requests, contact info@ilurodigital.com.
Optional analytics
PostHog, hosted in the EU, helps us understand page visits, video progress, service links and use of the assistant. It loads only after you allow analytics. You can refuse without losing access to the website, and change your choice with the Privacy settings button.
Optional session recordings
A separate, unchecked option lets you allow recordings of page interactions. Text and inputs are masked; forms, calendar frames, videos and the assistant are excluded. We disable console and network recording. Recordings do not contain your microphone audio or assistant conversation.
Browser storage
We save your privacy choice for up to 180 days in local storage. After analytics consent, PostHog also uses browser storage to connect visits and interactions. Withdrawing consent stops collection and clears its local analytics identity. It does not automatically delete information already received by PostHog; contact us for a request.
AI assistant and appointments
The assistant uses ElevenLabs. When you start a conversation, your text or microphone audio is processed by ElevenLabs to respond. Conversations may be stored for review under our ElevenLabs settings. The assistant cannot book or change appointments. The embedded calendar is provided by Cal.com, which receives information you enter to manage your booking. These services have their own privacy policies.
What we send
Analytics contains page paths, language, interaction events and technical browser information. We exclude URL query strings, form answers and conversation text. PostHog may process technical connection information to deliver its service. Post-booking preparation pages do not load our analytics.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing info@ilurodigital.com. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time. We do not sell your personal information.
